HOW IT STARTED

Algorithmi began after a real incident at a high-rise building in 2015. We envisioned a way to improve the health, safety and interactions with between people and buildings. We looked to harness artificial intelligence and building data to improve building human interactions in a safe and non invasive manner & to improve a number of traditional segments’ way of understanding their asset function. 

We spent 2 years identifying, testing and developing systems that save lives and money. Unfortunately, technology 2 years ago focused on data in a reactive manner. Our technology focuses on occupancy density and building integration systems in a proactive and preventative manner. Our technological focus & AI systems allows real prevention and measurable improvement for a number of key industry segments with real industry problems. Today we aggregate utilizing building data, building occupancy data, artificial intelligence and machine learning to open all doors in many industries. We are now able to execute our vision & solve real world problems.

Algorithmi's proprietary non-invasive AI and machine learning technologies automate the manual process of counting people, managing evacuation processes, and complement existing systems such as CCTV, fire life safety systems and BMS across a number of build assets. Our data integration delivers powerful live information into the artificial intelligence brain. Algorithmi can now deliver data and solve facility improvement problems for our customers and work toward understanding the story of each building and its occupants.

Today we work with governments, architects, engineers, energy companies and business owners across key industries. We love to tell the story of humans and spaces.

By adding anonymous occupancy analytics to standard data from other systems, owners get a fresh perspective on the safety and use of their facility. Moreover, our platform enables use by people during incidents to make reporting more streamlined and more efficient. In the case of an incident in a large shopping mall or a high-rise building, occupants can report their location on the Algorithmi app and information is immediately transferred to the relevant emergency service who can take the right action.
